The video you are about to watch is the result of these people's hard work and donated time. Here is a short list of statistics about the facility:
Approximately 3 acres of trees were removed and milled into the 6x6 posts used around the facility
Nearly 80,000 yards of material was moved to create the track site from a flat corn field. No material was removed from the site, nor brought in.
The pond holds almost 600,000 gallons of water to be used to ice the track surface
The racing surface is 110' wide at all points around the track
The infield line is 1/3 mile, and the outside containment wall is 1/2 mile
A series of bale walls will be set to alleviate anyone getting to the containment wall during any racing incidents
